The PFT G4 - the European champion among the continuously working power mixing machines when it comes to economic efficiency.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

For the application of any kind of ready-mixed, dry, pumpable mortar. It can be filled with both bagged material and using a delivery hood or a SILOMAT injection hood.

The machine consists of portable units, permitting easy and comfortable transport due to the small and handy dimensions and low weight of the components.

P-MIXX TP20

The P-MIXX TP20 is the multi-purpose power mixing machine with the best performance charecteristics in the class of the 230Vs.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The very efficient and customized motor guarantees high performance.It is easy to use, handle and dismantle into three seperate units. To cover all areas of application P-MIXX TP20is available with a 3Phase/400V drive.

It is easy to handle and dismantle into three separate units. Due to ist low height it can be combined with all common continuous mixers and is ideal for constant mixing and pumping. It also offers the option to attach a funnel-adapter for larger filling volume.

P-MIXX MV22

The P-MIXX MV 22 is a tested-and-proven power mixing machine with a high-performance drive of 2,2 kW FC-230V.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This one-man power mixing machine for spray application of numerous materials (even outdoor plaster) with a grain size of up to 3 mm comes with hose lenghts up to 20 metres (pls. note: conveying distance depends on the used materials). It can be filled by buckets and bags and has a rubber mixing zone for easy cleaning with adapter flange for a pump.

The P-MIXX MV22 is dismountable into three modules which makes transportation, start-up, retrofitting, maintenance and cleaning particularly easy. The mixing intensity is flexible thanks to two water inlets.

Our Material

While our power mixing machines are versatile enough to operate on a broad variety of materials, they produce their BEST results with the just right ready-mix material. When we first started, we imported not only the compound but the ready-mix sacks themselves. In order to make our materials more attractive and offer our customers competitive prices, we invested a lot of time and ressources into finding the right local partners to produce the bulk of our ready-mix in Kenya and only import the best compound on the global market to offer our customers the very best material to set them apart from their competitors.

Ready-Mix

Our ready-mix is the optimum combination of imported compound and local sand/cement. It's specifically composed to be used with our power mixing machines and it stands out in terms of easy processability (even in unfavorable weather and surface conditions), high mechanical and thermal resistance, and the different degrees of thickness in which you can apply it depending on the (un)evenness of your surfaces.

Our Training & Teams

Even the best power mixing machines, operating with the best INNOPLUS material cannot deliver the aimed for results if you don't have the professionally trained man power to operate them efficiently. That's why we came up with an entire vocational training programm and our very own start-up teams.

Training Campus

We are particularly proud of being able to offer aspiring and motivated professionals - with or without construction experience - a streamlined and efficient training programm following the German system of dual education, teaching the theoretical foundation as well as giving extensive practical instruction and training for our participants in order to enable them to handle and maintain our - your! - power mixing machine expertly and efficiently.

Our Teams

We have a number of motivated young professionals who have already successfully graduated from our vocational training programm and who are ready to start working on your construction site.

We aim to empower our graduates to form start-up teams and become their own companies as independent subcontractors. And we do not only have our and YOUR success in mind: We want to give young, motivated Kenyans (and their families) a chance for a better future by offering them a good, solid vocational training.
