Even the best power mixing machines, operating with the best INNOPLUS material cannot deliver the aimed for results if you don't have the professionally trained man power to operate them efficiently. That's why we came up with an entire vocational training programm and our very own start-up teams.

Training Campus

We are particularly proud of being able to offer aspiring and motivated professionals - with or without construction experience - a streamlined and efficient training programm following the German system of dual education, teaching the theoretical foundation as well as giving extensive practical instruction and training for our participants in order to enable them to handle and maintain our - your! - power mixing machine expertly and efficiently.

Our Teams

We have a number of motivated young professionals who have already successfully graduated from our vocational training programm and who are ready to start working on your construction site.

We aim to empower our graduates to form start-up teams and become their own companies as independent subcontractors. And we do not only have our and YOUR success in mind: We want to give young, motivated Kenyans (and their families) a chance for a better future by offering them a good, solid vocational training.
